Spike Systems™ Warranties

This guarantee is limited to products only of Spike Systems™, which have been installed and operated under the instructions of Spike Systems™. The obligations of Spike Systems™ under warranty are limited to the replacement or repair of a malfunctioning product by Spike Systems™. Spike Systems™ assumes no liability for consequential or contingent damages of any kind arising from product failure due to poor maintenance, misuse, or abuse. Spike Systems™ warrants that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials when installed, used, and serviced as intended, for a period of either 6 (six) months or 1 (one) year from the date of the original invoice. Please see your product warranty information. Spike Systems™ will in no event be liable for any loss of business, profits, data, or use, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any such defect in materials or workmanship.
